César J. De Léon, Director/Producer/Writer
César J. De Léon is self-taught American film director, screenwriter, and producer living in San Antonio, Texas, showcasing his directorial and producing debut with the short film THE FADE. Graduating with a Political Science Degree from the University of Colorado (Boulder Campus), an expert in franchise development, and with an on-going corporate career in telecom, cable, and multimedia streaming protocols with Fortune 500 companies, César brings a unique perspective to his work, blending personal experiences with a passion for storytelling. A prolific writer with over 25 registered scripts, César creates stories that explore complex human emotions, crafting suspenseful character driven narratives. Through his work, he aims to connect deeply with audiences while pushing the boundaries of conventional filmmaking. From operating cameras, to utilizing editing software, he hopes to both apply and expand his skills in the world of filmmaking. A strong work ethic, a passion for cinema, and love for his fellow local filmmakers continue to inspire César as he pursues his storytelling dreams.
Franklyn Pacheco, Executive Producer
Victor Flores, Producer
With a Kinesiology degree from East Texas Baptist University, Victor has successfully managed an extensive background in life sciences combined with vast career experiences in the specialties of marketing and networking. His passion for people, cinema, and the arts led him to Interplay and Park It Productions. His primary goal for THE FADE is to connect his vast network of friends and acquaintances, all walks of life towards high impact storytelling and unique narrative experiences.
